This comprehensive consultation and treatment is the first step on your journey.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss your current routine, lifestyle, and any concerns you have. Based on this, I’ll design a facial that supports your skin’s immediate needs while creating a long-term plan for barrier health and lasting results. You will then receive a follow-up email with recommendations for your skincare, diet, lifestyle, and treatment plan going forward.
Personalised skin consultation: charged on top of the treatment as it takes time to run through all aspects of skin health. Some people have more to discuss than others, in which case, if we happen to use less than 20 minutes, we will add the leftover time to your facial.

Existing Clients
Once your consultation is complete, you are ready to begin your bespoke facial journey.
Every element is chosen to target your specific concerns, whether they be acne, rosacea, breakouts, dullness, pigmentation, anti-aging.
A mask suited to your skin issues will be applied and depending on timings (sometimes we need the time for extractions), you will experience my lifting and sculpting facial massage.
I will include the right brand for your skin (Demaviduals or Decaar). Followed by the devices that your skin needs, such as LED Dermalux (great for collagen induction, reducing inflammation and killing bacteria on the skin), High-frequency (also kills bacteria and oxygenates the skin).
Your facial may include:
✔ Extractions - Acne skin conditions.
✔ High Frequency - Kills bacteria and oxygenates the skin.
✔ LED light therapy – Great for collagen induction, reducing inflammation, killing bacteria on the skin, calm, heal, and energise the complexion
✔ Manual massage lift – Unique advanced massage to stimulated the facia and limphatic system
✔ I will prescribe a bespoke skincare plan for you and chat through any questions you may have.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each facial can be tailored to suit your skin type and concerns which we will discuss in the consultation on the day, so don’t worry if you‘re not sure if it’s right for you.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to cancel, chance or reschedule your appointment, if you fall to give 24 hours notice 50% of treatment cost will be charged.
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Punctuality and Courtesy: Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, If you see you won't arrive on time please let me know. My priority is to give all my clients the best services, so it’s important all the appointment end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.
If you come early for your appointment, please wait until your appointment time to come to the door as I may still be in treatment. However if the weather is bad, please knock as I have somewhere you can wait inside.
